CrossFit Heat is your not-so-typical dirty, sweaty, hard-working CrossFit gym smack-dab in middle of downtown Dallas. Our coaches are knowledgeable, experienced, humble, down-to-earth people dedicated to help you learn and improve while doing CrossFit.
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning fitness program focused on constantly varied functional movements. It is fun, challenging, and extremely effective. It is for people who want to live healthier lives. We train people just like you - parents, teachers, teens, seniors, athletes, military, law enforcement, and people who are trying a fitness program for the first time ever. CrossFit Heat is for everyone.
The workouts will improve all aspects of your fitness including strength, endurance, stamina, agility, balance, speed, power, flexibility, coordination, and accuracy. They will also improve your life outside the gym, which we believe is the most important part.
CrossFit Heat is located at 810 S. Saint Paul which is at the corner of St. Paul and Cadiz.
We have parking just behind the gym, enter from Cadiz (which is one way going East). Once you are parked, walk towards the concrete pad with the CrossFit Heat sign, down the stairs and into the building through the "back door". Go through the weight room into the main gym area and one of the coaches will greet you and get you going!
